1. Description of Service

WasItAIGenerated ("the App") is an AI content detection application that allows users to analyze text, images, audio, and video to determine whether content was generated by artificial intelligence. The App is provided by wasitaigenerated.com ("we", "us", "our").

2. Free Tier

All users have access to 2 free AI detection analyses per day at no cost. No account or subscription is required to use the free tier.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers the following paid plans for unlimited access:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• The Lifetime Pro purchase is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to all Pro features. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI detection results provided by the App are estimates and should be treated as guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any detection results. Results should not be used as definitive proof of whether content is AI-generated or human-written. Users should consider results alongside other evidence and exercise their own judgment.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to harass, defame, or harm other individuals.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to submit for analysis.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or its detection results. This includes, but is not limited to, academic, professional, legal, or financial decisions made based on detection results.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of wasitaigenerated.com. You retain ownership of any content you upload for analysis.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
