Before you write

• API questions: the docs and the OpenAPI spec cover every endpoint, field and error code. Include your request and the JSON error you got and we can usually answer in one reply.
• Credits or subscriptions: your balance, plan and invoices are in the dashboard. Subscriptions can be cancelled there at any time.
• Schools and universities: we run evaluation accounts and pilots for departments — see education and tell us roughly how many checks per month you expect.
• Disputing a result: a detector verdict is evidence, not proof. If you were flagged and believe the result is wrong, send us the text — we review false positives by hand and use them to improve the model.
• Privacy requests: access, correction and deletion requests under the GDPR go to the same address. Our privacy policy explains what we store and for how long, including the zero-retention option.
• Security: if you found a vulnerability, email us directly rather than opening a public issue. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours.
